Makanye Lodge is a Level 3 B-BBEE Contributor (110% B-BBEE Recognition Level).
In addition to the Level 3 B-BBEE, Makanye Lodge is 100% black owned. Makanye Lodge strongly believes in and supports the capacitation and promotion of historically disadvantaged individuals. To this end, the staff profile is 100% black.
As Makanye Lodge grows, we will continue to give priority to the historically disadvantaged individuals, but, of course, without compromising the provisions of Employment Equity Act (55 of 1998) in terms of affording the overall population demographics of the country in a balanced representative manner.
